Cancellation Policy

Silverside Consulting and Creative requires 12-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling a Strategy & Planning call. Late cancelations or no-shows will result in the customer forfeiting a refund and the session. Silverside Consulting and Creative understands extenuating circumstances and life events that prevent customers from attending appointments and will offer one "grace late canceled" appointment. Silverside will provide the customer alternative time or booking link to reschedule the appointment. If the customer does not attend the rescheduled grace session, the customer will forfeit a refund and session. In this case, the customer would need to purchase a new session. Should you need to reschedule or cancel with 12 hours’ notice or more, customers will not forfeit the session and can receive a full refund.
